What aspect of our business are you most passionate about?
I am passionate about Insights’ power to positively change relationships and business outcomes. The development of a common language, based on understanding and reciprocal respect, sets the framework for focused and effective action. The psychology of personality equips both leaders and followers to become stronger in their respective roles by developing greater self- awareness coupled with interpersonal skills.  I believe that mutual understanding precedes problem solving, and towards this end, there are no better solutions-based programs than what Insights has to offer.

Is there any product or program that you would point to, as the most powerful component of our portfolio?
One powerful component of our portfolio is Insights into Team Effectiveness when combined with Insights Discovery. This combination provides the team with a context for action based on mutual understanding.  Through this process the team readies itself for a greater level of effectiveness in terms of Task as well as Relationship issues (what we are to achieve and how we can achieve it in relation to each other). An integral aspect of Team Effectiveness is the measurement of Focus, Process, Climate, and Flow. These four pillars incorporate such team dimensions as working methods, trust, adaptability, and results orientation. The exciting thing about this framework is that it provides the team with a true sense of empowerment, knowing that the goals of the team can be both met, and measured.
