For more than a decade, Insights Learning and Development has been helping to transform the culture of organisations. We help individuals to understand themselves and others better, and to interact more effectively with those around them. Only by understanding our customers, our market and our stakeholders can we form productive working partnerships with them - and only by understanding ourselves can we understand others.
The first step towards achieving this self-understanding is through the Insights Discovery Personal Profile, a 20-page profile of an individual which is accurate, memorable and user-friendly, and which has already transformed thousands of lives worldwide. Discovery is solidly based on the pioneering personality profiling work of Dr Carl G Jung. Insights also produces a range of individual, team and Organizational tools.
The Discovery system was developed in the early 1990s by father and son team Andi Lothian and Andy Lothian. They were each experiencing a time of individual change and questioning and their quest for answers was the motivation that led them to form Insights Learning and Development.
Insights Learning and Development Ltd is based in Dundee, Scotland, and now has offices throughout Europe, North and South America, Australasia, the Middle East, Asia and Africa. Our products are available in 30 countries and over 25 languages.
