Andrew
J Lothian is Chief Executive of Insights Learning and Development, leading
a business that he started with his father Andi and
which has grown to encompass operations in five continents. At university
Andy achieved First Class honours in Economics and Computer Science,
followed by a Masters in Business Administration. He started his working
career as a merchant banker in the City of London, joining N M Rothschild
before taking the decision to found a new business in the area of his
passion - developing people and organisations.
Since then, his consultancy work in personality and attitudinal development, executive teambuilding, and strategy and leadership development has taken him round the world, working for many global companies, and has led to several television and radio appearances.
Andy's personal life also features significant personal success, including formerly representing Scotland in hockey and a commercial pilot's licence. Married to Jane, a dental surgeon, and the proud Dad to two beautiful daughters and two wonderful sons, Andy combines running and expanding Insights with his role as a keynote speaker and consultant. He relaxes by playing golf at his home club at Gleneagles and by flying aerobatics in his Christen Eagle biplane.
Andy is much in demand as a keynote speaker at HR, management and leadership conferences and events around the world.
