The Insights Compass Learning Library is a suite of modules covering a wide range of personal and professional development topics, each available both online and in print. Modules address the major issues facing today's managers and have a wide range of applications, from team-building to goal-setting to creativity. Each module takes about 1-2 hours to complete thoughtfully. Whether online or in print, the modules can stand alone or participants have the option to create their own Learning Pathways. For example: Core Insights, Insightful Creativity or Time Management.
