Insights Discovery Full Circle System
The Full Circle Profile highlights differences between an individual's self-perception and the perception of others, and complements the Insights Discovery Personal Profile. The recipient completes the full 25-question Discovery evaluator, and their respondents complete a shorter 10-question version. Each Profile reveals how the recipient is perceived, expressed as a position on the Insights Wheel.
