Insights Navigator
Insights Navigator is a tailor-made system that enables the performance of a group of people to be assessed against a set of values, capabilities or performance indicators. It allows areas that are often hard-to-measure such as capabilities, attitudes and competencies to be quantified, producing a clearer understanding of the strengths and challenges of specific individuals or groups.
- We create an evaluator and a corresponding Profile that enables the measurement of the key indicators selected
- The Profile complements the Insights system, and features colourful,
visual outputs that help engage people in the process of analysis.
