Team Effectiveness with Insights
Team Effectiveness with Insights is a two-day qualification, which teaches participants how to use the Team Effectiveness Profile to enhance their work with groups.
Insights offers two complementary approaches to team development: our Team Dynamics programme enables us to explore the preferences of each team member and how this impacts the interactions within the group; the Team Effectiveness tool helps us look at the competencies and capabilities of the team in sixteen critical areas. The Team Effectiveness With Insights Qualification enables facilitators to develop a skilful consultancy in team development, combining insight into the colour dynamic of the group with the Team Effectiveness scores. By aligning these with team goals, the team is enabled to make huge and speedy strides towards its objectives.
