Summary:
This update corrects a problem that can prevent users from changing the Discovery
reporting language, and installs version 2.10 of the InstallShield Update
Service.
More Information:
A bug in an update released by Microsoft – Jet 4.0 Service Pack 7 (SP7) – has
the effect of producing misleading error messages in Insights Discovery, and
prevents users from successfully switching between Discovery reporting languages.
If Discovery is installed for the first time after Jet 4.0 SP7 has already
been installed, then all reporting will be prevented until Insights Discovery
3.0.1 Refresh 1 is applied. More

Also included in the patch is an upgrade to version 2.10 of the InstallShield Update Service agent used to deliver online update information to Insights Discovery.
