personal profile in the world. It is an excellent tool for individuals to gain
a detailed understanding of their working style, how this impacts their relationships
with others in the business environment, and how they might develop to improve
their effectiveness both as a person and as a professional.
Insights Full Circle Profile
This is a powerful tool for coaching or for inclusion in a personal development or team building programme, answering the question: 'How do others see me?' It is an excellent complement to the Discovery Personal Profile, allowing an individual to compare and contrast the two perspectives and it takes self-discovery to a deeper level.
